Rick Struse at Struse Realty Advisors specializes in offering financial advice and services for owners and developers of commercial properties.  Services include, but are not limited to: 

  • Discuss strategy/brainstorm with commercial property owners.
  • Prepare detailed financial model indicating potential results of alternative strategies for help with decision making. 
  • Valuation of company real estate assets and cash flows for transition planning.
  • Assistance with commercial property financing, acquisition and disposition.
  • Using existing financial statements and documents, re-state in a format usable for evaluating true real estate investment results and for decision making.
  • Help to resolve problems.  
Profile of a typical client may include:
  1. Individual or small company investor in real estate – needing financial advice/input, someone to bounce ideas off of.  Company may have a bookkeeping staff person but may not have time or skill for financial analysis/strategy/planning.
  2. Larger company with real estate holdings.
    a. Augment staff for special project.
    b. Perform confidential analysis independent of current staff.
    c. Problem solving.
    d. Fill a role/function left vacant by departing staff member.
