Welcome to Struse Realty Advisors, LLC.  After enjoying a fulfilling and successful career in real estate and finance, Rick Struse launched this company in 2014 after seeing how he had significantly helped clients with his strong analytical and reasoning abilities. He has extensive experience on both the local and national levels and offers his expertise to clients who wish to maximize the income potential of their commercial real estate investments.

Rick has helped many clients over the years, offering services that range from commercial property acquisition and disposition, brokerage of investment properties, property and real estate portfolio valuation, structuring commercial real estate investments, and asset management. Rick’s work has included advising clients regarding operation and financial strategies, working with clients in restructuring existing financing, and obtaining new financing as well as marketing properties for sale.

  • Controller for major division of nation’s largest homebuilder 
  • Project manager of start-up 1,800+ single family units for-sale 55+ development
  • Independent homebuilder
  • Vice President of a national real estate investment firm – structured complex real estate investments, lead the consulting assignments including financial modeling of a $16 billion real estate portfolio.
  • Land development consulting
  • Investment real estate brokerage – including apartment properties and other commercial real estate investments.
  • Experience addressing impact on real estate of numerous financial cycles.
